Bio

Experience: After several years as a work study student at The Clifton School, Jacqueline began her teaching career as Assistant Teacher with the youngest children in the infant classroom. She spent the next ten years at The Clifton School enjoying the roles of Assistant Teacher, Lead Teacher, and Infant Level Coordinator implementing the Reggio Emilia Approach. After the Clifton School, Jacqueline accepted a position with FIO360 where she served as the Program Coordinator. After several years and two children, Jacqueline left FIO to spend some time at home with her young family before beginning her journey with The Rollins Child Development Center as the Assistant Director. Education: Jacqueline attended Oxford College of Emory University where she received her Associate’s Degree. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree from Emory University in Educational Studies and Sociology. Jacqueline continues to build her capacity in the field of Early Childhood Education and regularly takes courses and attends conferences to further her knowledge. About Jacqueline: Jacqueline Holton was born and raised in the beautiful city of Boston, Massachusetts. She is the youngest in a family of three children, all working in the field of education. After graduating from high school, she moved to Atlanta to attend college and has lived in Georgia ever since. She is married and has two young daughters who fill her life with joy! Jacqueline believes that all children have the right to a strong foundation as they begin their journey in life and education.  She is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment where children, families, and teachers learn and thrive.
