Mission

The mission of The Rollins Child Development Center, Inc. is to provide proper education to the underserved children of Georgia with the hope that this education will establish a path for them to develop into productive and contributing members of society.
Led by the principles of Christian faith, we will employ a formula of innovative industry training, parent empowerment, involvement and training, classroom techniques and accountability that will allow us to be a catalyst for change in each of the communities we serve.

Philosophy

We believe that providing a faith based environment is the foundation that will uphold children as they begin their life long journey of learning and discovery.
As educators, we realize the importance of offering a program to families where they will not have a concern about their child’s well being during the day as they pursue their own interests. Placing significance on children to enrich their experience while in our care is a responsibility that we do not take lightly.
Our goal is to meet the needs of the individual child within the framework of the group, never losing sight of the powerful impact our actions and words will have on the child. Recognizing that children are unique, we embrace their differences and recognize that every tradition, belief and custom is to be honored.
Faith, Fun and Learning are words that anchor our philosophy. Tilling the soil and planting seeds rich in values, gratitude, and hope will provide each child with the skills needed to become a caring, strong community helper. What we teach a child today will make a difference in who they are tomorrow.
